In an effort to increase the results you are looking for, we have created services that offer the support and tools necessary to keep you on track. 


One-on-one nutrition counseling begins with understanding your body and its needs so that you are able to meet your goals. In our first session, we will take the time to go over your diet history and discuss any barriers to health and wellness you have experienced in the past. We want to gather as much information from you as possible so that together we can set goals and start making progress!

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Health Insurance, United Healthcare and Private Pay accepted. 

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to avoid a $75 charge.
