Food is meant to be ENJOYABLE and we want to work with you so you can discover that it IS possible to
eat well while still eating what you want.

In an effort to increase the results you are looking for, we have created services that offer the support and tools necessary to keep you on track. 

How to Get Started

One-on-one nutrition counseling begins with understanding your body and its needs so that you are able to meet your goals. In our first session, we will take the time to go over your diet history and discuss any barriers to health and wellness you have experienced in the past. We want to gather as much information from you as possible so that together we can set goals and start making progress!

We currently accept Private Pay and all Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare and Tufts Health Plan (commercial only) insurance plans. If we do not accept your insurance, we will provide you with a superbill (detailed and coded receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

New to our practice?

To book your first one hour appointment, fill out the appointment request form by clicking the button to the right. You will receive an email back within 1-2 business days when we will schedule your first session and provide you with a link to fill out our new client forms and insurance benefits worksheet online.

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to avoid a $75 charge.

Practice Location

Our practice is located at 9 Dane St. in Beverly on the corner of Dane and Knowlton Streets. We have our own separate entrance on the Dane St. side of the building up the handicap ramp. There is free on-street parking on Knowlton St.
