Food is meant to be ENJOYABLE and we want to work with you so you can discover that it IS possible to eat well while still eating what you want.
Our Virtual Nutrition Coaching is designed to provide nutrition coaching to clients without coming to our office!
Please note: Virtual services aren't appropriate for people struggling with active eating disorders (i.e. those who are engaging in dangerous behaviors such as purging, or those who are engaging in food restriction or bingeing once a week or more). If you are local, we would love to see you in our office for 1:1 Nutrition Counseling.
Initial Visit $175, 30 minute follow ups $75, 15 minute followups $45 - Virtual Nutrition Coaching visits are not covered by insurance.
Initial visits are 45 minutes and follow up sessions range from 15 - 30 minutes.
Virtual Packages designed to provide nutrition coaching to clients without having to come to our office. This service is perfect for college students who want to continue working with their dietitian when away at school or home, people who are traveling frequently or those who’s work schedules don’t allow them the time for in office sessions. Also perfect for athletes who don’t have a formal medical diagnosis but would like to receive nutrition coaching services.

Visits are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Once your visit is booked, you will receive a link to connect with your dietitian via the Doxy.me platform at your time of visit. Virtual services are conducted via our HIPAA compliant virtual platform called Doxy.me. In our first session we will review your current dietary intake, food aversions, pertinent medical history, weight and dieting history, exercise, recent lab work and history of current nutritional concerns. We will also discuss your relationship with food and body image and explore any barriers to health and wellness you may have experienced in the past. You will leave the visit with short and long term goals established and possible homework for our next session. An overview of goals discussed, handouts and other materials will be sent to you via email following the visit.

One-on-one nutrition coaching begins with understanding your body and its needs so that you are able to meet your goals. In our first session, we will take the time to go over your diet history and discuss any barriers to health and wellness you have experienced in the past. We want to gather as much information from you as possible so that together we can set goals and start making progress!
